Gender Sensitization - POSH Training


The POSH training is centered around creating awareness about POSH Act 2013 which stresses on Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of sexual harassment incidents at the workplace. By the end of the workshop participants will be able to understand the following:

  • What comes under sexual harassment, workplace, extended workplace, aggrieved women and what are the different form of sexual harassment
  • What is the complaint procedure
  • Understanding gender

I attended One day workshop on “Prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace” . It was very well executed and well Planned workshop which covered almost every aspect related to POSH and also provide clarity over the Role of HR explained with Role Play and Case studies.
