Protouch Confidentiality and Contents Access Agreement

Protouch is committed to providing a secure, structured and fruitful learning experience. Given below are some important information, useful tips, terms and conditions. Please read and acknowledge to begin your learning experience:

• For any queries related to the program, Learning Management System (LMS), assessments, or other concerns, please avoid reaching out to trainers directly. Instead, contact our Customer Success Team at 8800003366, and we will ensure your queries are resolved within 48 hours.
• Our support team is available every day from 10 AM to 6 PM.
• Your are required to keep the camera on during the session and display name has to be your registered name with Protouch as mentioned in this form.
• We recommend all program participants download the content, presentations, and documents for future reference. To safeguard your data from laptop crashes or system changes, we encourage storing backups on a cloud or external drive.
• After the program expiry, it won`t be possible to restore the contents or access for specific modules.
• Your Certification is subject to successful submission of assignments and qualification of assessment which can be no later than 30 days of your last scheduled session.
• If you wish to appear for the assessment after 30 days, you must submit a written request. Approval may be granted on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to additional fees of Rs. 2000 + GST.
• We are committed to making your learning journey both fruitful and exciting. However, we understand that personal or professional commitments may arise, preventing you from attending sessions. Therefore, you are entitled to one batch transfer at no additional cost, provided you request it before the scheduled 2nd session of your batch.
• If you require a second batch transfer, approval may be granted on a case-to-case basis and will be subject to additional fees of Rs. 2000 + GST.

LMS Access & Confidentiality Agreement

1. Access & Usage Rights:

• At Protouch, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality training and content to our participants. Our secure and user-friendly LMS platform provides easy access to course materials and session recordings, ensuring a seamless and safe learning experience.
• LMS access is exclusively granted to registered participants of the enrolled course and remains active for one month from the scheduled date of the program’s last session.
• Login credentials are unique to each user and must not be shared, transferred, or used by unauthorized individuals.

2. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property:

• All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Protouch.
• Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or sharing any content directly or indirectly with anyone.
• Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or commercial use of course materials will result in immediate access termination and may lead to legal action.

3. Compliance with Usage Policies:

• The LMS is to be used solely for educational purposes in accordance with the program guidelines.
• Any attempt to tamper with, hack, or bypass system security features is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of access.

4. Access Duration, Renewal & Fees:

• LMS access is provided for a defined period of 1 month from the Scheduled Date of Last Session of the Course.
• If extended access is needed beyond the initial duration, a renewal request must be submitted. Approval is subject to review on a case-by-case basis and will incur additional fees of Rs. 5000 + GST.
• Protouch reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke access at its discretion in case of policy violations or upon course completion.
• Protouch is not obligated to disclose details regarding policy violations.

5. Enforcement & Consequences of Non-Compliance:

• Violation of these terms may result in penalties, including immediate suspension of LMS access, financial liability, and legal consequences as deemed necessary.
