    Leadership is not about position, but about responsibility, service and inspiring others.

    A story of a lady named Ratna, once in a village she lived, a storm struck and the whole village was in trouble. Homes were destroyed, roads blocked the path, village lost connection with electricity.

    Ratna was not the richest nor she was strongest, she had a nature to step forward , whenever someone needed help.

    She gathered a few volunteers and said, “A true leader does not wait for change but creates change”

    She divided the work according to strength of people. Some cleared roads, some cooked food for families, some took care of children, some repaired damaged houses, she worked alongside of everyone at every place.

    *Her Determination kept the team moving without getting tired

    *Her Dedication inspired everyone to give their best

    *Her Discipline helped team to stay focused

    *Her Devotion reminded everyone that serving others is the highest form of leadership

    *Her Duty Bound made her put the community before herself

    One leader can light many lamps, together those lamps can brighten an entire community.
