    1. PRIORITIES: Prioritizing is crucial for leaders to effectively manage their time, resources, and energy. It should be based on impact and urgency as it helps the leaders to focus on what matters the most. Some ways to classify are:
    High importance- needs immediate attention.
    Important- set daily goals to achieve portions.
    Least important- do as time permits, may be once a week or assign to someone.
    2. PROBLEM SOLVING: 
    “Most people spend more time and energy going around problems than in trying to solve them.” – Henry Ford 
    Leader must have problem-solving skills as people always have problems. To solve problem effectively right action plan is needed. It should include identifying the problem and causes then finding the best solution. An effective leader can develop and implement policies that not only address current issues but also prevent future problems from occurring.
    3. ATTITUDE: Our attitudes are our most important assets. It is vital for leadership because it shapes how leaders approach challenges, interact with others, and inspire action within their teams or organizations. Leaders with a positive attitude build strong and trusting relationships with their team members. A leader with positive attitude focus on opportunities for growth and improvement, guiding their teams through transitions with confidence.
